Amir Khan Won’t Visit Pakistan But Navjot Singh Sidhu Will Visit

We all remember the promise Bollywood superstar Amir Khan made in 2012 that if Imran Khan wins the election he will visit Pakistan to celebrate his victory. According to an Indian TV channel, PK superstar has now broken the silence that he is not going to Pakistan to attend IK’s oath-taking ceremony.

On Thursday, the actor told CNN news 18 that he has not received an invitation from Imran Khan to Visit Pakistan. News 18 tweeted his words “No, I am not going to Pakistan and I haven’t got an invitation for Imran Khan’s swearing-in ceremony,”.

Further, he said “I am busy as I have a very big event for Paani Foundation, which I am preparing for. It’s a massive event with 10,000 villagers and is taking place on August 12,”.

On the other hand, an Indian cricketer “Kapil Dev” also said that he will visit if Kaptaan invites him. He tweeted today, ‘When I get an invite, I’ll say yes’, says Kapil Dev after Navjot Singh Sidhu confirmed Imran Khan’s invitation #SidhuWillMeetImran”.

But the surprising thing is that “Navjot Singh Sidhu” who was also an Indian cricketer and now can be seen in “Comedy With Kapil” show has confirmed that he has received the invitation from Imran Khan and he will visit Pakistan to attend Ik’s oath-taking ceremony.

Siddhu said, “If I am allowed, I will definitely go sir and I consider it as, u know, a huge honor number one, number 2 I also consider it of being an instrument of God’s goodwill. I accept the invitation. Men of genius are admired, men of power are feared, but men of character are trusted. Khan Sahab is a man of character. He can be trusted. Sportsmen build bridges, break barriers and unite people.” I formally believe in democratic principles and that is why I said What I said”.

Let’s see what PTI response to the invitation matter.
