Yasmin Yousaf Said in an interview with Waqar Zaka ” “People are always shocked when we tell them we are from Pakistan. But it’s cool. I think it brings something new that people might not have expected. And I love representing where we are from. We are always representing, first and foremost our city of Chicago, but after that, we’re definitely prideful of where our parents came from.” As both, the sisters are really happy to visit Pakistan and got the platform of coke studio season 11 to present their electronic music with the combination of Riaz Qadri and Ghulam Ali’s raw folk.
